Genome-wide \(\hat{r}_G\) heatmap
A circle plot of \(\hat{r}_G\) data for the selected gene. Please select an \(\hat{r}_G\) threshold.
Drag and drop to save image, or right-click on image and select "Save As..."
Arc plot of a gene and its correlated pairs (intra-chromosomal)
Data is split into gene-gene interactions based on whether the \(\hat{r}_G\) is positive or negative.
Select an \(\hat{r}_G\) threshold to show all interactions between the chosen value and 1.0, or the value and -1.0. The line colour reflects the \(\hat{r}_G\) value. Darker = closer to 1.0 or -1.0.

Network plot of a gene and its correlated pairs
Data is split into gene-gene interactions based on whether the \(\hat{r}_G\) is positive or negative.
Select an \(\hat{r}_G\) threshold to show all interactions above 2\(\sigma\) The line colour reflects the \(\hat{r}_G\) value. Blue is positive, red is negative

About this browser and data
The data displayed through this website is a result of the Lukowski et al., 2017 paper , published in Nature Communications. If you would like to use any of the results displayed or downloaded from this page in a publication, please cite this work. This R Shiny app was developed by Sam Lukowski.
Data shown is > 1SD (\(\hat{r}_G\) > 0.24). For the complete dataset comprising 2,755,498 genetic correlations, please download this file: Complete CAGE rG data (115MB compressed).
The genetic correlation data presented here used the gene expression and SNP genotype data from the Consortium for the Architecture of Gene Expression (CAGE) . The main article describing the cohort and detailed processing methods is The Genetic Architecture of Gene Expression in Peripheral Blood, Lloyd-Jones et al (2017).
